      Q: Where can I pick up or return my ties?
      You can pick up and return ties at our local partner pickup station. We’ll provide the address and hours upon sign-up.

      Q: What’s the concierge service?
      We’ll personally deliver your first tie, measure your preferred necktie length, and tie a sample knot to save in your style profile. We’ll pre-tie future rentals if you choose.

      Q: Can you pre-tie the ties for me?
      Absolutely. We offer pre-tied delivery using your preferred knot style (Windsor, Half-Windsor, Four-in-Hand, etc.).


      🧼 Care & Return

      Q: Do I need to clean the tie before returning it?
      No. We professionally clean and inspect all ties between rentals. Just return them in the pouch or box provided.

      Q: What if I damage or stain a tie?
      Minor wear is expected. For major damage, we charge a modest replacement fee. We encourage you to treat the tie like it’s your own.

      Q: Do you offer packages for companies or weddings?
      Yes! We provide rental plans and personalized concierge options for offices, weddings, and other group events.

      Q: Can you do a group fitting?
      Yes—we can schedule a fitting and delivery session for your entire team or event party.
