      Rental Duration & Returns

      • Standard rental period is 7 days for one-time rentals and monthly for subscriptions and corporate plans.
      • Ties must be returned to designated drop-boxes or via mail (if applicable) by the return date noted in your order.
      • Late returns will incur a $2/day late fee per tie, up to the replacement cost.

      Damage & Loss Policy

      • Minor wear is expected, but ties returned with permanent stains, tears, or damage beyond repair will be considered lost.
      • A $25 replacement fee per tie will apply for lost or irreparably damaged items.
      • We recommend keeping ties away from food, drinks, smoke, and heavy cologne/perfume.

      Cancellation Policy

      • Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before your scheduled rental start date for a full refund.
      • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start date may receive store credit at our discretion.
      • Subscription cancellations must be made 5 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

      Cleaning & Hygiene

      • Do not attempt to wash or iron ties yourself. All ties are professionally cleaned and sanitized after every rental.
      • Please return ties untied and unfolded in the original packaging or drop-box sleeve.
      • If a tie is returned heavily soiled (e.g., food spills, sweat), an extra cleaning fee of $3 may apply.

      General Wear Guidelines

      • Handle ties with care: remove before eating, avoid rough surfaces or pinning.
      • Keep away from direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent fading.
